From What Is to What Is Possible

Make your business easier to run today and more valuable tomorrow.

Are you a business owner who:

  • is working more hours than you want to be?

  • feels like growth made the business harder to manage, not easier?

  • feels like everything runs through you?

You're not alone.

Many small businesses plateau because their systems, financials, and team structure were never designed to support the amount of growth they’ve experienced. The result is an overworked and stressed business owner.

When we work together, you gain clarity on what matters most so you can strengthen your business now and increase its future value. You can step off the hamster wheel and make real progress.

If you’re here, chances are the business looks good from the outside, but feels heavier than it should.

You know your business has value, but what’s less clear is how to strengthen it without burning yourself out.

The good news is: you don't have to navigate this alone any longer. This is where I come in.

Founder of Elevate Your Business

From analyzing financials in the corporate world to guiding small business owners through their own growth journeys, my path has always been about turning data into direction and overwhelm into opportunity.

Before launching Elevate Your Business, I worked in financial analysis for a major consumer goods company. That’s where I learned what numbers actually mean when you're making real-world decisions: from pricing strategy to product viability to inventory planning. It wasn’t about spreadsheets. It was about how smart decisions shape outcomes.

Later, I joined one of the nation's top five registered investment advisory firms. As the company grew rapidly through 20+ acquisitions, I played a key role in streamlining back-office operations and integrating financial systems all while ensuring client service stayed seamless. During this time, the firm quadruple its assets under management without quadrupling its internal chaos. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what sustainable growth really takes. Those experiences taught me something important. A business becomes more valuable (and more enjoyable to run!) when its financial picture is clear, its systems are steady, and its owner isn’t carrying everything alone.

Now, I bring that same clarity and operational mindset to small business owners who want more confidence in their numbers and more time to do the work they actually love.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m raising two daughters with my husband, traveling when we can, and cheering from the sidelines of whatever sport our kids are into this month (right now, it’s soccer).

If you’re thinking about strengthening your business now so it’s healthier, more profitable, and more valuable in the future, I can help you map the path forward.
